inconsistent room cleaning

The staff's professionalism was evident throughout my stay, especially

with the exceptional service at the breakfast buffet and the front desk. While the food variety in the restaurant was enjoyable, I did notice some inconsistencies in room cleaning. The location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

great stay but breakfast options fell short

The renovated room was aesthetically pleasing and truly comfortable. The pool area is undoubtedly the best in the city and perfect for relaxation after a long day. I particularly loved the sea view from my room, which added a refreshing touch to my mornings.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety to enhance the overall experience.

the customer service is top notch, especially from miss amani ahmed and asma mahamoud. they always greeted me with a smile and took care of my needs. the dining atmosphere was super comfy and welcoming. all the staff were so friendly and anticipated my needs. i enjoyed the stay and will definetly come back!

the breakfast could use a bit more options like fresh fruit and better quality drinks. some prices at the bar are way too high.
